We present our organic Hazelnut flour which is obtained by fine grinding the cake expeller after de-oiling the organic grown hazelnut. The hazelnut flour is used in the food industry because it is highly nutritious, particularly in terms of folate, manganese, protein, dietary fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. Also, it works outstanding in pastries, pie crusts, cakes, cookies, pancakes and quick breads.

 

This material is available from 25 kg paper bag to 1000 kg big bag.
