Walnut flour


We present our organic walnut flour which is obtained by fine grinding the cake expeller after de-oiling the organic grown walnut. The walnut flour is high in protein, fiber, magnesium and zinc. The taste of the flour is light and therefore it is excellent for baked goods, cereals and pastries.


This material is available from 25 kg paper bag to 1000 kg big bag.
