Soy

We present our organic sunflower lecithin which is used in the food- cosmetic industry. SOS gets its lecithin thanks to the partnership with Adams Group. Lecithin is an emulsifier that suspends fats and oils and keeps them from mixing with other substances.  The lecithin is obtained from the soybeans. For food, lecithin is used as a natural emulsifier to enhance the product and make the finished goods chewier and light. Soy lecithin is also used for cosmetics since it is loaded with nourishing, moisturizing and anti-aging properties. Therefore it can be found in skincare products such as lip gloss, foundation, face masks, and body lotion.
