Sunflower

We present our organic sunflower lecithin which is used in the food- cosmetic industry. SOS gets its lecithin thanks to the partnership with Adams Group. Lecithin is an emulsifier that suspends fats and oils and keeps them from mixing with other substances. Sunflower lecithin is obtained from the sunflower seeds. The oil is commonly used in health shakes and smoothies, also it is a replacement for butter or other oils in cooking.
